M-16 Halftrack for £1.99?

From the Great Escape forum, someone has spotted this loophole. You send your £1.99, get your halftrack, cancel any further subs. Then wait a week or so and repeat. The original poster says his third halftrack is on the way now.

Can't argue with the price although whether it's something to do it down to one's conscience.

1:43 scale will be a big big for 28mm though.

If it was Universal Carriers, Crusaders, Matildas etc.. I think my conscience would allow it.

Would you really want that many M16s ? If it was an M3 or 5 then I think the flood gates would open as clearly you would need a few of these.

They're just too big for 28mm, as far as I am concerned and a little too small for 54mm games. :(

Nah. Too dodgy. And too big.
Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

Still too big. And 1/48.... Still not quite God's own scale ;)

Shme cos it would have been excellent to use as a burned out wreak as an objective marker or terrain piece.

Absolutely right! My mate uses 1/48 scale and they are giants!
