Take car. Go to Mum's. Kill Phil - "Sorry." - grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over. How's that for a slice of fried gold?

I have a garage
Nice and warm too, as the boiler is in it ... just need to think about how to organise the space ... apart from my motorcycle and garden tools there’s not much in it ... Mmmm ...

I have a 900+ square foot attic that will become the 'War Room' when, and IF, I ever get off my lazy butt....
