Our Ruined Farmhouse plastic kit and the Ruined Hamlet set, which contains 3 Farmhouses, are fantastically versatile. Not only are they suitable for wargames from Napoleonics right up to World War II, you can also assemble them in a multitude of ways.
In this article we show off just a few of the possibilities, modelled up by Daz Evans and Steve Harris.
Daz has assembled the hamlet using plasticard to construct the bases.
He has created a rickety shed out of the rafters pieces.
Daz has used extra pieces of plasticard to wreckage and a half-broken door.
Steve Harris of the New Buckenham Historical Wargamers has made the floorboards on his base from balsa wood, with sand and gravel texture round the edges.
Steve’s hamlet looks fantastic in the midst of a Bolt Action battle!
