Part of your membership will include access to purchase special and limited edition figures such as those we include only with a physical copy of a rule book. As a member, you’ll see these being added to a collection only you can browse, each month.

Free sample products

Every month we’ll be looking ahead to provide members with a free sample of an upcoming or existing product. This will be added automatically to your first qualifying members order within each month.

To receive your free sample simply place your member’s order in the month of August. Your free sample will automatically be added for you when the pickers collect your order, before being sent. No need for you to do anything but relax and await your parcel!

FAQ

I can’t log in with my usual account?
The Membership is being sold from our main warlordgames.com website, not the webstore. Unless you have a Forum account (in which case you can log into that), you should just follow through the checkout process using the same email address as you use in our webstore. Your account will be created as part of the process.

What is a qualifying order for the monthly free sample?
Your first physical order (one with items that require posting) within a given month is a qualifying order – it doesn’t need to meet any specific size or value requirements.

Getting your discount
When you purchase your membership you will recieve an email with a note giving you your special members code. Use this at the checkout, with each of your future webstore orders, to get your 10% discount.

When should I receive my Membership Card?
Your membership card will be sent within 4 weeks of you signing up or with your first qualifying order after purchasing your membership.

Where can I find the special miniatures?
As a member, when you log in https://www.warlordgames.com/my-account/  you’ll find links to the relevant collections

Can I merge my webstore and membership account?
No. The main warlordgames.com and the store.warlordgames.com webstore are actually different websites, so your accounts do need to exist in both places. We are moving towards consolidating all our sites and services into a single place with a single login. For now, they need to remain separate.

Is the Membership Scheme Valid in the US Webstore?
Yes, the membership is valid in the US Webstore.

Is the Membership Scheme available in US Dollars?
No, it is not itself available in US Dollars at the present time. We do plan to make it available in US Dollars in the future.

Where can I find instructions for my sample kits
If a particular kit requires instructions to build you can find them by going to the particular item in the webstore. You’ll find the complete instruction diagrams as JPG.
