I happily received my Italian Fleet box today but the Motozaterra was quite badly warped. Before I start doing serious surgery with a craft knife/hacksaw does anyone have any less invasive ways to cure the problem. I have heard that immersing resin models in hot water and manually bending them back to shape works. Has anybody tried this?

yes, dipping resin into hot water and bending it back into shape is a fairly routine way of solving these issues – much more effective and risk-free than taking a blade to it. Once you’ve got it the correct shape, dipping it in cold water should re-solidify it fairly quickly too.

Many thanks for the prompt response.
I’ll give it a try. -
