    Does anyone have any ideas of the colours to use to paint KPA forces. I generally use GW paints but could get others. I tried the one suggested in Miniature Wargames but it came out very different from the box art.
    Any thoughts?

    I was thinking of using Zandri Dust spray as a base/primer. i must admit to not knowing the scheme suggested in Miniature Wargames.

    So here is my first attempt. I started with a base of Zandri Dust.

    I think that it’s worth noting that KPA uniforms were described as ‘mustard’ in eye witness accounts. I’ll be starting with sand on mine for newer units but using yellow ochre as glaze over the base coat.
