Guys, in the book it says johnny Alpha costs 22 notoriety and then list 2 hand guns with a notoriety value. Are these included in the 22 notoriety or on top of?
When rolling up allies for a campaign and selecting SD agents it says the ally is allowed 1 mutation, is this free or do you have to pay extra for it?
Most blast weapons are “aimed fire only” and for those weapons you do not get to add +2 to either the to hit or power of the attack. But what if johnny alpha had a nbr 4 cartridge and gave his pistol a 3″ blast effect. does this mean you get to add +2 to hit or power if done as an aimed shot? We assumed not.

The mutant allies do not need to pay for their mutation, nor weapons (unless from a cache).
You are right in thinking aimed fire only does not grant a bonus. It is in the weapon special rules opposite the “blast” description iirc.
