Hi,
What are Warlord’s plans (if any) for future releases of new vessels? More merchantmen, especially the smaller types, would be good, but having just read the article on the Yugoslav Partisan navy, I was wondering if some Mediterraenean vessels would be useful – Greek fishing caiques and the like?
Sadly, the field of 1:300 ships is not huge and so there isn’t a lot of scope for conversion as there is with, say, 1:600 coastal stuff.
It would be handy to know.

Some adds to the internet on Warlords Drache.
First it belonged to Luftwaffe, Flugzeugbergungsschiff to salvage planes that did a water landing. In the old time not rare. And Flugzeugtransporter, doing transports of airforce related stuff to the islands. November 42 it was reclassed as a trooper. Civil crew under Admiral of Ägäis.
In January 43 LW tried to get rid of it officially . But navy was not so happy, at first saying no. May – August conversion to minelayer under Navy control. But just lent to Navy, no change of ownership from LW.
It was not renamed Schiff but got the extra secret designation Schiff 50 for transmissions. That was common, all AMC for example got a number in addition to name. Name was still Drache.
5.10.2 it took two Kolibri on board. For those that want to paint the correct sidecodes: GF + YF and CJ + SC
3.January 43 Telegram: one Kolibri crashed, total loss was a mistake. In a British air raid Drache was not hit and both helicopters stayed intact. Tests ended Februaray 43, following just 3 months. There are no official reports about further use of Helicopters on Drache.
Attached to U-Jagd Flottille 21 at time of sinking. The Captain KKpt.d.R. Joachim Wünning getting a Ritterkreuz because he was Flottilla leader too. And an awfull Nazi politician. Getting the cross for getting killed. Good for a Nazi hero propaganda show, not for any great things he did.
Naggging , nagging. 😉 Let’s jump of joy that we get anything.
