Sherman V DD question

Do the resin Sherman V DD kits ( screens lowered , and no screens ) come with all that stowage clutter molded on , or is it separate pieces ? I have an idea for a beach landing diorama and I want to make the resin tank match the one in the picture I’m using as reference

Still looking for info on this kit . And wasn’t there a water line version of the DD with raised screens at one time or am I imaging things ?

Theres the Japanese swimming tank with a waterlined version… dont think I’ve seen a Sherman DD waterlined one…
