As of Monday 29th July we will have a designated phone line straight through to our Mail Order department. Up until now we have all been sharing one number at Warlord with different people answering the phone when in fact we think that it will be more beneficial for you to speak directly to the people who are dealing with your Warlord Games order.
This line is there so you can ring to place an order with us, ask us about an order you have placed or to speak with us if you have any issues. We will still encourage you to use our customer service system if you have a non urgent query by emailing us at info@warlordgames.com or logging in at http://support.warlordgames.com/ as this is the best way for us to deal with most issues.
The line will be open Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 15:00 however you will be able to leave a message outside of these hours, leaving your phone number will ensure we call you back as soon as possible.
The number is 0115 924 4381 and will open from 10am Monday 29th July.
