I have another Question: do Submarines that have a point blank range for 1″ no way of getting into the range? Because if i measure from tower of the Submarine to the front of the base, that is mostly already 1″. Great stuff, thanks for doing this.  I spent a LOAD of time doing Nap specific QRS and unit / army summaries in spreadsheet format (on Powerpoint) and meant to get round to doing something like this.  All just takes so much time though so never got round to it.

Thanks Dave for the details. I was hoping they would be backwards compatible. That is, we would be able to use the arms from the older set with this newer set.

With the newer German and American plastic boxed sets, you can’t because if you do, you get something like Arnold Schwarzenegger bodies with skeleton arms.

How do they compare to the older plastic set? I think that they are better. All of the SMLEs have their bayonets fixed – which is much more authentic.
