I’ve been using the ‘Hail Caesar’ rules for some time. They’re very good IMO.

I decided to buy the ‘Black Powder’ rules & possibly expand the ‘family’ across more eras of our gaming.

We do the Sudan & AZW. Our basing is for individual figures on movement trays & we don’t want to radically re-organise this.

Reduce the cost. At the moment there is a bizarre anomaly that you can get an MMG armed jeep for less than an MMG team which feels wrong.

For 50 points, a player can get an MMG team (Regular).

For 36 points, a player can get a Jeep (Regular) with MMG, and for 46 points, a player can get a Jeep (Regular) with HMG.

Welp can tell I don’t look at this forum much…

Short answer is green roll is made when casualties are taken

This is AFTER wound rolls

BEFORE models are removed, which is before moral check (if applicable)

So the are hit at inexperienced, wounded on inexperienced but MIGHT check at regular

Hi Hazed100, and welcome to Napoleonic gaming! 😀

As Nat has said, typically people source their own flags for units, because there are such a variety to choose from. Warlord sometimes include them in some of their sets, but more often than not you need to source them. Some people paint them themselves, but this can be quite tricky.

But for flags…. well you need to know what regiment you are painting as the facings of the uniform changes depending on the regiment…
however there are a couple of sites that do flags for you…google GMB designs
