Thank you Big Al,
I appreciate the response. I kept reading the rules section on command and generals and couldn’t find where it said a general can’t order troops after he fails an order check found it:
Page 29, 3rd Column, “If a commander fails to give an order then that commander cannot give any more orders that turn.” I don’t know what I was…[Read more]

Hello,
I was watching a BP video on youtube and it confused me some from what I’ve read in the 2nd edition BP rules.
I understand a brigade order is from the general to the entire brigade. It is only one die roll for the whole brigade.
However, one can also order battalions individually.
So, here is my confusion. Let’s say I have a brigade…[Read more]

D’Arco’s Cuirassiers are ready for battle! I know many of you are professionals and my work is amateur. Still, I’m feeling pretty good about these.
Also, I created a blog for miniature wargaming as I get into it. Made 4 posts already.

I’m building War of Spanish Succession Bavarians. What I know about them is that an infantry regiment consisted of 2, then later in the…[Read more]

Hello,
I got me a starter army last week that I have been working on. I want to do a better job on these soldiers than I did the first. I watched several youtube videos on prepping, basing, and priming minis on BlackMagicCraft’s youtube channel that I found highly informative.
One of his techniques he recommends in prepping the minis is to wash…[Read more]

Hmm…reminds me of the movie Up where the dogs keep getting distracted by squirrels. “Here we go, men, we’re almost to…Hey, Squirrel! (and the whole battalion stops to look).”

Hello,
Question about orders. If unit, say, is ordered to march straight across the battlefield to the other end of it (and say it’s a long one) and gets one move. Next turn, do I still have to roll orders for that unit again as I have not changed the earlier order?

So, please clarify, despite the lousy odds coming through. If the Infantry breaks is the supporting artillery destroyed?
