You place a 3″ template over infantry maximizing the carnage. Then any target within 6″ of that template can also be hit. The only exception to this is targeting a building. It is now 6″ from the building itself. Note: The rule book gives guidelines for how to make larger buildings into smaller buildings (6×6, 8×8, etc).

I respectively disagree with your suggestion. The observers are looking for targets so Ambush is a legit tactic. You spot a Infantry squad trying to outflank…. In comes the artillery strike. They are regularly trained Infantry. Heck many squads had a radio guy. No difference.

What I crazy is this…
I want to collapse that empty building .. 3 to hit .. I want to collapse that building with people in it .. 5 to hit…I personally feel you should have the option to Target the building to bring it down on the squishes inside. This would apply to 3″ and 4″ HE. If you don’t score enough hits to bring it down, squishes inside are safe and sound….. Score enough hits to bring it down, bye bye squishes…. Just my humble opinion….
