Yes!! The original rules writer did a book called Dreadnought! You will have to do a little bit of stat conversion work, but it can be done fairly easy!!

I use speed/ contrast paints for my Rebs and regular paints for the North. I don’t worry too much about painting every little detail as some of it will not be seen at 3 feet away!! That and I want to get it on the table to play quickly! Tabletop standard is just fine by me at this scale!!
