Craig replied to the topic COVID-19 Shipping times. in the forum General Discussion 4 years, 3 months ago
The order left us on the 23rd april and was shipped via Royal Airmail.
On average with this method parcels are delivered to the US within 5-12 working days.
Beyond these times they are late, but likely would be eventually delivered. It is worth to check at the local post office if parcels are late, because in case of issues with the physical…[Read more]

Koin Koin, I investigated your image issue. The site is configured to download all images/etc from external servers via HTTPS secure connection, if this is not possible then the external resource is deleted. When i manually tried to download your images using HTTPS instead of HTTP it failed to download, this is why the forum cannot download the…[Read more]

As the order was for a free PDF it should have been processed right away – and unaffected by any delays. Please check your spam email, if not let me know and I will arrange for the PDF document to be resent to your email address.

Thank you WL! (not sarcastic)
VaS items on the store have been updated now to read
“Please note this is a pre-order product and is due to be released TBC. Any other products ordered at the the same time will be held until it is ready to go!”

Also, how about using 2 or even 3 platoons? Even with a 100o points you can make some interesting armies, with 2 smaller tanks or 3 snipers or whatever you like.

I know what you mean, but there are several reasons why figures are sculpted this way:
(1) easier to sculpt (but advances in the digital process should really have kicked more though…)
(2) figures are more robust. They are game pieces.
(3) not all humans are lithe Olympic runners. You could just as well ask where are the o…[Read more]

Watching a Paul Stallard run through…. and As he’s saying you can do your firing at the end of any movement 1/3 (when you turn) ….
so id say ignore everything it says about rams and collisions and play that aspect as normal. Ie if the MTBs is in the first movement a collision occurs, if not then you have to do normal ram tests

With many of us now in self-isolation, we’ve noticed around our tremendous community hobbyists admirably adapting to the situation, whether that be to indulge in new army projects, army planning or finding new ways to play their favourite Warlord games. We applaud such efforts – our rulebooks are invaluable resources – but ultimately there…[Read more]

It looks like WL are going more towards the gaming than the modelling side of the hobby. Where you want to be able to see what something is from across a 4′ table with terrrain on.
Tank crews are additions to a vehicle so not important, where as seeing a model (and what its eqipped with) easily is for game play…. As more of a gamer than a…[Read more]

Its as clear as mud!
Do you drop the DC at any point in your movement or only at the end (ie when you would normally do your shooting) ?
– With the talk of highly likely Ramming, it sounds like you should only be able to drop them at the end.
Can you do this in addition to your shooting?
– nothing saying otherwise
Is it a Ram (ie…[Read more]

Garry Wills replied to the topic Howitzers in the forum Black Powder 4 years, 3 months ago
The benefit being that the Howitzer hit is -2 to the morale save of the target regardless of range. Your suggestion is an interesting one but the morale save effect is based on the fire of a whole battery of howitzers. So I am not sure I would use it. Looking at the statistics the benefit of the howitzer is within the D6 variability, which is…[Read more]
