I’ve also had positive experiences. I rarely need to get in touch with customer support of course, but when I do they’re pretty good.

Last time They replaced my cards that came with Project Z. I bought the English box, but the cards were French. It was either learn french or contact customer service.

Most likely the Hetzer and Panzer 38t. Maybe the Chi-Ha also. I don’t have any Japanese tanks yet. Might grab some other stuff while I’m at it, but I’ve not decided what yet.

I haven’t actually played the game (yet) But I would definitely prefer models. Mostly because that would be a big part of why I’d buy the game.
