Watching 7th Son YouTube channel maniples are two bases, so a Roman legion will be 60 bases in heavy infantry and 20 bases of light infantry. So 20 sprues! Cav is five models to a base and two bases to a unit so in 20 sprues there will be 4 units of heavy and light Roman cavalry.
Brett,
As a fellow Aussie I feel you pain, I don’t buy my figs anymore I print them. The distributor here in AUD treats as if we are mugs (and we aren’t 40K players) 🙂
Warlords need to stop treating AUD and NZ like it’s treasure island. I have a whole DoW 1812 army ready to print from a great graphic artist. The figs and poses are better than any plastics from the major players. Each Kickstarter the numbers are increasing, the message to Warlords: Customers are your business, don’t be lazy with distribution model as Hornby are as well, putting eggs in one basket in a region breeds complacency and in the end harms your business. What % of your OZ distributor sales are Warlord Games, why is he going to care about your stuff? Make the effort to sort out the region and your sales will grow!
With Allies what are the restrictions, could I pull out a French Heavy Cavalry Brigade and not worry about the restrictions in the French list?
Thanks Nat,
I thought that would b e the case so, it’s pretty difficult to create a DoW list without Allies.
I purchase Midway and got the PDF Air Strike rules. Found the information I needed.
I think the rules are clear, the cavalry attack column is the remaining stands behind the Leader stand as per your picture. Not that that make sense, when we play 28mm we have two ranks of six figures.
Thanks Warren for your reply, btw that link doesn’t work ….. can you please post the subject for the thread.
Also what scale are you printing for 15mm, I’m using 92% for 28mm.
I agree the models from that KS are great, the Uhlan are being delivered this weekend 🙂
Sorry I posted for infantry
I don’t think the number changes just the size so 4,6,8. Could be wrong.
Polish are good, Italians more colourful
