I’m actually having similar trouble. I’m ordered from Portugal, it’s been over a month since I ordered from Warlord Games and still waiting. UPS services say the goods are still in the UK (!) and advised to contact WG. Well, three emails to suport services and, again, still waiting for the courtesy of some reply. Very frustrating.
