Sorry for not answering you earlier.

Thank you for your nice comments.

The rotating magnets are not always practical in games with metal model planes that are heavy, but they work very well with lighter models made of resin or plastic. As you said they are great for photographs ! I should have more photos soon.

    Hi,

I thought I’d share somes photos with you.

Starting with Mustangs, quite a lot of them. I love the way it is possible to vary colours on Mustangs while retaining uniformity :

Let me know what you think !

    Hi there,

New on the forum but a big fan of BRS, I thought I’d share some pictures of my little planes.

Starting with Mustangs. I love the way it is possible to change the colour scheme of Mustangs while keeping some uniformity :

The article on how to make propellers Can be found here :

I found it easier to use a hole puncher such as those sold in scrapbooking supply shops than a compass.

I don’t glue my propellers on the planes, but they still stay quite well on. If one falls down I simply put it back on.

It is a bit of work, especially at the beginning when sorting everything out, but i think it is well worth the effort.

Thank you, for the propellers, I used the exact method given by Warlord Games. A bit tricky at first, and I didn’t glue them so sometimes they fall over but they are easy to put back in place.

    Hi,

I’m the new user who tried to post earlier on !

I wanted to share some pictures of BRS Mustangs. What I really like with them, is the possibility to vary colour schemes while retaining some uniformity :

    Hi,

New to this forum, I thought I’d share pictures of my BRS planes collection.

I love that game and I can’t stop painting models for it !

Let’s start with Mustangs. Lots of them ! I really like the possibility to experiment different colour schemes on Mustangs, while still retaining uniformity :

Let me know what you think !

    Hi everyone,

I’m Emmanuel from France, a big fan of Blood Red Skies ! Since I was a child (quite a while ago…) I was interested in WWII aerial fighting and I wished for a game to play it, but I never had the time nor the will to play a complex simulation game, with lots of parameters to take into account.

BRS is just what I like, a game more than a simulation, but with lots interesting choices to be made all along, and a real challenge. It can be played even with children, and even if you haven’t played it for a while without needing to spend hours in the rulebook.

The scale is great, as 1:200 really allows for the masses, when the 1:72 planes I had in my childhood where way too big for large games, and really anoying (to my taste !) to assemble. WG planes are a real pleasure to paint.

My favorite Warlord Games game so far !

Next I’ll be playing Black seas I think…
