Hi so I noticed a number of oddities involving the points cost of ships and stat blocks. Something is definately very wrong with the Kuma Class stat block. The main stat block seems to be the Kitakame’s torpedo cruiser rules. Japanese 14″ guns seem to be inconsistant in AP stats. Ise class has +2 AP pre-hybrid carrier set-up.
