Thanks. I glued it on as a site based on some photos I’d found prior to Stuart’s excellent post. Got it a bit too far forward but I can live with it.

Yes, I’ve got the exploded diagram. It does seem as though it should go on the top on the breech but I have no idea where or in what alignment. It doesn’t mesh with the breech top at all.

Hi. I just tried to make a post from my phone in the Bolt Action forum. The post went through (although formatting was all screwed up). After the post went through, I started getting alert messages saying my IP had been blocked. I’m only able to access the forums using a VPN now. Any ideas how to get the block removed?

Hi. I’m having trouble determining how one component is meant to attach to the gun. Im unsure of where its supposed yo go. I can’t seem to get it to align properly regardless of how I orient it. I’ve tried searching gor reference photos but I haven’t had any luck.

I’m planning on painting my set as ’44 era Canadians with NW Europe regimental insignia. As the Canucks didn’t use Churchills in Normandy/France, I figured I’d make mine an AVRE variant from the Royal Engineers 80th Assault squadron which landed at Juno Beach to support Canadian infantry.
