A little wishlist…

So we got those weapons packs earlier than i expected. Certainly we lack some guns and i hope we will see those in the future (and in another or repacked weapons pack).
But on the other hand we see more (metal) guns than those used so far, at least in the german (single 20mm) and british pack (holman projector and 20mm).

More merchant ships, particularly the smaller ones. Colliers that brought coal down from Newcastle/ Hull and for most of the period of the Battle of Britain were the only ships passing Dover. Also as we are wishing..have the models with various cargo holds to have different cargo options. Tugs and other small boats too.

My wishlist would include

so we finally have some proper e-boats for the Mediterranean

I think either an Italian or German Torpedo boat (or both) would be great idea.

The only Italian Torpedo Boat or Italian Destroyer in 350th I could find were both made by Claudius of EVA models , but they were in limited edition resin (currently unavailable), expensive and looked pretty hard to make.

3 LCT,LCF,LCG ( if warlords made a LCT IV it would be just a case of converting it to a LCF or LCG.
4 Black Swan Class sloop.
5 LST (I know that warlords are marketing a 1/350 scale kit but at £71.99 each it would cost £575.92 to do exercise Tiger). I have built one from wood but a cheaper one from resin would be great.
GERMAN
1 Armed Trawler.
US
1 LCI (Gun)
2 APD ( an early type hull could be used for HMS Cambeltown and a later hull could be used for a Castle Class Frigate / DE.
Other
1 Collier / Coaster.
I hope that this will inspire warlords model makers.

I used my wizard google powers, trying to find out what and when we finally will see some new stuff.

WG recent articles hint at an R-Boat, but there was no release date given. Later i read that there were some pictures of a Fairmile MGB floating around in the social media, which i dont use (except information that can be seen without an account).

But now some stores seem to have put Cruel Seas models up for preorder “early”. I found 4 ships that might be released in the next two month, but i’m only sure about 2 of those. All seem to include 2 ships of the same type.

– A British Fairmile D MTB “624” , with pictures included and a release date within he next 2 weeks.
– A British Fairmile D MGB 660, i found no pictures just a release date at the end of May, no picture here so it might not be true.
– A German R-Boat R-23, again with a picture and the same release date as the MTB.
– A German Siebel Ferry, no pictures and a release during may. Like the MGB this might be untrue.

British single mount 2pdr pom-pom for me. It would allow a more armament on the dog boats. I was disappointed that MTB 624 doesn’t come with one.

Hopefully MGB 660 will include a 2-pdr casting. Otherwise, we might have to wait until Warlord give us the BPC short MGBs.
