The idea on this thread is to suggest body, arm, weapon combos that look good.
For a US Marine medic I used the crouching body (43), with rifle advancing arm (13) and left carrying arm (14). I used the musette bag (F) as a back pack.

Running body with 16 firing arm and 12 bazooka right arm
But it can also be done laying down using 29 prone arm and 19 firing arm
