    Well spotted. I didn’t look that closely because things there have not changed between the two versions.
    Yes, that is an error that has been missed.

    For those wondering, the Morale Dice Modifiers table has been filled with the Command dice modifiers instead. Use the table on the QRS at the back of the book.
