    I’m quite enjoying the new BA3 battle scenario generator. However I note that with the Breakthrough page 165 it says if you roll for ‘Fog of War’ Deployment you have to re-roll because reserves are not allowed for this breakthrough object. But I note the deployment types allow reserves! Surely the reason for not allowing Fog of War is because the reserves here are allowed to enter any table edge.

    Breakthrough doesn’t allow reserves.
    Fog of War requires half of your force (rounded up) to be placed in reserve.

    That is the conflict between the two.  The other two deployment types allow reserves, Fog of War requires it.

    We played that right then.

    I think the quarters deployment make things a bit more of a challenge.
