I’m thinking of using the Warlord Napoleonic Household Brigade figures with a head swap for British Dragoons in the Zulu War.
Any thoughts?

Totally different horse furniture.
Boots, amo pouches.
The carbine, hmm.
And naturally for the IO sword fetishist: The swordJune 4, 2018 at 1:40 pm #137237Dr DaveParticipantI think IO is spot on here. The kit is way too different. The other thing to keep in mind is that the KDG only participated in the second invasion. So for the most interesting phase of the war they’d be back in Britain! Even at Ulundi there’s only 1 troop of them.
