The Armies of the Soviet Union book list Cavalry Squad with the option of equipping each soldier with a submachine gun. My question is: Do the sub guns fire as normal while mounted? Cavalry lists in all the other books I have seen only refer to the Cavalry carbine being fired as a pistol while mounted. I would think the submachine guns aren’t much more difficult to fire while mounted, they are sort of ‘spray & pray’ weapons anyway.
