    In the Empires in Flames book, it says that the only officer a Chinese Warlord army can have is the Warlord. It gives the warlord a morale factor of 4, but no effects range. Would the warlord (being a high ranking person) have a range equal to a major, or just a lieutenant?

    Points cost is the same as a major, as is the morale bonus, so I would treat as a major for anything not specified (ie: snap to action).

    Major; and you get a free bodyguard if my memory is working.
