I guess the answer is “however you want to do it” but interested in what you guys do.
With crewed weapons such as mortars, do you fix all the crew to the base and use counters to Mark casualties or do you keep the crew separate and remove them as you get casualties.
I can see merits in both ways, I like the fixed methods because the figures can be posed better and easier to move but I like the separate way because you don’t have to manage counters and you can see at a glance what the strength is.

September 22, 2019 at 11:55 am #168861Greg SParticipantI have magnesised some like MMGs and Mortars. LMGs I generally keep separate. However I have started using MDF crew bases with slots to remove crew.

October 10, 2019 at 9:37 am #169559cornetParticipantFor my part, heavy weapon and servants are not on a pedestal, which makes it easier to place them in the decors (vegetation, ruins or buildings) and to use the appropriate safeguards
