Decided to finally build my 17pdr anti tank gun for Bolt Action the other day and on opening the box found a part to be missing.I e-mailed Warlord customer service and I was honest and told them I could not remember where I bought the product from as like many wargamers I have stuff lying around in boxes gathering dust, but I was happy to pay for it.
End result free part winging its way to me through the post and have a nice day sir.Brilliant customer service.
Now if only the company I buy rail tickets would act the same when they cancel my train every other week😂

Bought a preorder during a sale week when you get a free model with £xxx purchase, since the order was held because of the pre order, the free model did not get packed with it. I called (I’m in the mid-west of the United States, so long distance and time zone adjustments) and got ahold of the rep who sent it out to me same day.
Also my starter box of Test of Honour was missing pieces out of the card stock templates. They weren’t in the box at all, so I had 1.5 of the 2 sheets of templates. They sent a new full sheet to me.
WRitting this as my order of C3starter army and C3M4 were dropped on my porch by the mail lady. Excellent timing.

Last time They replaced my cards that came with Project Z. I bought the English box, but the cards were French. It was either learn french or contact customer service.

I’ve emailed customer service (that Friday night US time/Saturday morning UK time). Got an email Monday saying they are sending the replacement part right away to me.

June 26, 2018 at 2:21 am #139645John MathewsParticipantSo I got my replacement part…and 7, yes 7 x-launchers. I was only missing the ammo container on the one x-launcher. Now I have a battery.

There is no ‘one way’ to build it ( I’m presuming you have the ruined hamlet one not the italeri one)
It was designed to allow flexibility and artistic license. Your best bet is just to look at how others have built theirs. You should be able to get 2 buildings out of one set if you make the right choices.September 23, 2018 at 5:37 pm #147248Mark StanochParticipantI think Warlord Games customer service is terrific. They sent me replacements for figures with broken rifles from a 1940 French Army deal, no questions asked. WG should be proud of their exceptional customer service.
October 5, 2018 at 4:39 pm #148179Ben Le FoeParticipantI’m glad you’ve all had good experiences… I’ve just had to cancel a £90 order after sending multiple messages none of which were replied to (including 2 by email). In the end I phoned them just to find out what was going on, but they weren’t helpful or even particularly friendly.
It was the second order I’d made in the space of a month, but the chap I spoke to on the phone was bluntly adamant that they couldn’t help me, so I decided to just cut my losses.
Feeling a bit disillusioned now…
