I was just looking at the Warlord Games/Geek Villain Gettysburg battle mat for Warlord Games 15mm Epic ACW line as well as Cigar Box Battles (CCBs) Gettysburg first days battle mat.
They are all the wrong size and scale for the Warlord Games Epic ACW miniatures.
Even the buildings in Warlords Gettysburg Scenery pack are all too large for either battle mat.
In fact the CBB battle mat which is licensed for Across a Deadly Field ” ruleset is too small even for their own rules.
As is Warlord Games licensed Gettysburg battle mat from Geek Villain, which is too small for the Gettysburg buildings in its own scenery pack.
I think the best thing to do is to avoid both Battle Mats and use the Gettysburg Scenario Book “Summer Storm” which is more accurate than even Black Powders Epic ACW scenario book as well as the Glory Halle hula scenario book, and make your own battle mat/terrain.
