I was reading through the Dacian Wars book and see reference to foederati units. I have googled them and understand the reference but am not sure what would be the appropriate model to use. Would normal Roman auxiliary models be appropriate?

The auxilia was a regular Roman force, recruited among non Romans but equiped by the Romans.

Modern research showed that the difference between Legio and Auxilia equipment was not so strict as long thought. We know now even auxilia with scutum and lorica segmentata.June 17, 2018 at 8:18 am #138298KellermannParticipantThanks for the info. I think i will use Germanic warriors for this. I saw some images and they seem to be similar.
