How to glue/fix/attach/assamble the german Nebelwerfer?

Hey guys,
recently I got a Warlord Games german Nebelwerfer.
I glued the heavy barrels into the sockets and let the glue cure for some days.
Today I primed the model and gave it a first layer of paint using an airbrush for both.
While putting on the layer of paint I noticed that the barrels are slightly loose and are moving inside the sockets.
So the glue is not holding the heavy barrels properly.

How do you assemble your Nebelwerfer and what do you use or how do you get it attached to its frame?

Hi Andi

Did you wash the Nebelwerfer first in warm water with just a little touch detergent? and then i used Army Painters super glue,you only need grease of of your fingers and that is enough to make a barrier between the model and the glue.
I hope you dont take offence and you may already know this , just thought I would put it out there
