Should you do all initiative moves for all units first, or do them by division?
Should free moves take place after all other movment, or the end of each divisions order phase. If the divisional commander makes a blunder can his division still make free moves?

A free move is made immediately the order is failed. Most players make the free move the first part of the failed order, but that is just an unwritten thing. You don’t have to do it, but it makes a bit of sense and seems fair play. It’s how we play it, too.
