Japanese Army thoughts?

I am putting together an army list for a 1000pt tournament. I have used the Burma list.
So far I have gone for, lieutenant and helper, 2 squads of 10 regulars with light mortar, 3 scouts with smgs, 10 bamboo warriors, 8 veterans with lmg, 2 sniper teams, medium mortar with spotter, 3 suicide anti tank men, flamethrower team and chi ha tank.
Any thoughts?

I’d ditch the Tank and put more bodies into your list personally. Bamboo warriors whilst looking good/ cheap on paper don’t last very long being inexperienced and using the Banzai rule to advance them means they will be a nice fat target. Maybe place the Flame thrower in a squad of Engineers (Vets) to make it harder to take out.
