need help with lords bodyguards

I did get rulebook couple days ago and looking some list and one thing is confusing me .
Are 2 bodyguards free with lord and you can take 2 extra or like in BA you can take Lord and up to 2 BG?

Pretty sure it’s 2 included and then an additional 1 or 2 figures
