At the bottom of the newspaper is a morse code section I’m reading as
“Don’t cross the 38th parra_e__”Blanks appear to be the same letter so I’d guess at parralell but thats obviously misspelt anyone any better ideas?

38th parallel is the Korean DMZ as best I can find nothing Normandy related
