So my platoon commander dies , does the whole Platoon get a -1 for order and Moraltests ?
Or is the -1 Just for his team ?

There is no overall platoon or force morale effect from having him or penalty from losing him as in some other games, just that morale bonus if within range.
In terms of his HQ unit, if they have suffered 50% casualties from shooting and at least one survives (ie – 2 man HQ unit, officer killed by sniper), they will need to pass a morale check as normal. If they pass and therefore survive they will continue the game with the same effects as a squad that has lost it’s NCO (permanent -1 morale penalty) but it only applies to the HQ unit, not the whole platoon.
