Question on Japanese Army taking "Captured M3 Light Stuart Tank"

The captured M3 Light Stuart is only on the Burma Theatre Selector. I don’t think that they this can be taken on the reinforced platoon. The reinforced platoon says you may take units from “The army list in this book” Theatre Selectors are not under the “Army List” section. I can’t see anything that actually adds The M3 Light Stuart to the general army list anywhere. I am thinking that unless you take the Burma Selector, this tank wouldn’t be allowed… correct?

In fact, the Japanese used a Stuart when landing on Corrigador along with two Shinhoto Chi-Ha. The Stuart helped pull the two Japanese tanks off the beach.
