If a rocket launcher targets a unit that recces away out of line of site, does the launcher still get to target all the other units within 6″ as normal?

If the target unit isn’t a valid target (out of sight, out of maximum/minimum range etc) you’ve wasted your shot.
Better to target a non-recce unit and catch the recce vehicle in the splash – it’s not the declared target and only the declared target gets to react 😉
