    Hi,

    I wanna check if I get the shooting rules correctly.

    SMGs – at 12-6″ they require 4+ to hit (long range) but at less then 6″ they require 2+ to hit (no long range, point blank)

    Infantry flamethrowers – at 6-3″ they require 3+ to hit (long range – over half of their maximum range, which is negated by point blank), if the firing squad moved it drops to 4+ at 6-3″ and 3+ at less then 3″(no long range, point blank, move). If not moved and the target is less then 3″ away they hits on a 2+ (no long range, point blank).

    Am I getting this right?

    Correct assuming no other modifiers in effect- FT ignores cover and down but any other modifiers (small unit, inexperienced firer, pins etc) may be in play.
