    Quick Question (or two…) about smoke –
    The rules say smoke screens are 3d6cm in circumference; I took this to mean diameter, my opponent radius… are smoke screens 3-18cm across (dia), 6-36cm across (rad) or 0.95-5.72cm across (circ)?
    How big is a non static cloud?
    Do they block line of sight or just give the -2 partially obscured modifier?
