    Has anyone experimented the snap to rule for use by senior NCO’s?

    We have in a slightly off way. As a house rule we made all 2nd Lt into senior noncoms and 1st Lt became either 1st or 2nd Lt. We required on battles more then 750pts, 2 platoon organization charts. This gave us more infantry and a more “realistic” feel to us.

    Looks like this is in house rule territory. Wouldn’t work in tournament situations.
