    The rules state that units equipped with a 1 shot weapon can split fire (pg. 79, pg.102). What if that unit is on Ambush, and shoots a Faust at a vehicle that moves into range; can the other figures in that unit fore their small arms at a different unit (one that didn’t trigger the Ambush)?

    No.  You can only shoot at the moving unit that triggers the ambush.
