    When you are taken aback as a result of a wind change or a failed tack, do you take damage always, or only if you drop from battle or full sails? The rules say you take damage when dropping more than one level of sails, and under tacking refer to taking damage ‘as above’ which I assume means only if you had too much sail up?

    As you state it is ONLY when u drop more then one speed level
