    Hello. In AT the cavalry french veterans, is reliable (+1command) and +1 to hand-to-hand ¿? ¿this is?
    3 options
    -a 1 dice more
    -b +1 to hit ( 3+ to hit)
    -c +1 in result final combat hand-to-hand

    I think that is +1 Attack die in hand to hand combat, but I don’t have the book in front of me to check right now. If it was to combat resolution, it would say that instead of “Hand to Hand”.

    As ever Big Al is correct. Assuming you are referring to AT2 p.121, the points upgrade is 6 points. Reliable costs 4 points while an additional close combat dice costs 2 points. If it was +1 to combat resolution it would have been 4 points for a total of 8.
