    The online rules flip through from Wargamer Illustrated on YouTube was fantastic. Reading the article above now. But so far excellent article.

    Your assessment on Striking Colors is correct. When a ship’s points fall below its break point value it must make a skill test each time it activates. If it fails, it must slow until it anchors, then Strike Colors and surrender!
