Western Desert – Italian Theater Selector Question

Hi everyone, I’m relatively new to bolt action and have just finished building my first army (Italians). I’ve had a lot a fun playing pick-up games and am already thinking about expanding my current list 🙂

Under the tank options for the 1942 AS42 Infantry Platoon a “Lancia 3 Ro 90/53” is listed. However I cannot find this particular unit in either of the “Campaign the Western Desert” or “Armies of Italy and the Axis” books.

TL;DR Where can I find stats for the “Lancia 3 Ro 90/53”?
