    <p style=”text-align: left;”>In the Book Empires in Flames, it Says the Warlord grants a Moral boost of 4+, but it misses the Part where it mentions its range or Additional Orders. So i guess he counts like a Major or higher in regards of the Rules but i coulnt find anything to confirm that.</p>
    Would be great if some one know the answer to this. In best regards David
